It should be known that these “notes” were complied mainly using guidance issued by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) and Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network (SIGN). Other UK, Royal College and international guidance bodies were also used (UKKA, BTS, ICD-11, RCPEd, BNF, TAF) in compiling some specialist notes mainly in Renal, Respiratory and Psychiatry.
