Aetiology
- Most commonly viral - rotavirus, norovirus
Clinical presentation
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhoea
Management
- Ensure patient remains hydrated while waiting for diarrhoea and vomiting to settle - aim for oral rehydration, may require IV fluids
