Clinical presentation
- Timing is about 10 days post-ovulation
- Bleeding is light brownish and self-limiting
- Occasionally mistaken as a period
- Signs of pregnancy soon emerge
Management
- Watchful waiting and being aware of entity
- Usually settles and pregnancy continues
